Xunlong 3 & Xunlong 4

‘Xunlong 3 and Xunlong 4’ are two High-Speed Aluminium catamarans that are currently operational between Hong Kong and Shenzen. ‘Xulong 3’ was delivered in August 2007 and ‘Xulong 4’ was delivered in December 2007. These aluminium ferry designs are based on the highly successful and proven 33 metre catamaran ‘Laing Yu’ which launched in China in early 2007.

These are deep-vee, hard chine hulls which are proving hard to match in both performance and fuel economy.

Full load trial condition at 100% MCR Y2602 achieved 27.9 knots.
